At Texas Metal Makers, every piece we create starts the same way — with raw material, skilled hands, and a deep respect for the craft. We're a small-batch shop based in Texas, and everything we make is built by hand, right here in the USA.  We do have production partners also in Texas that help with our extensive knife collections.

Our Story

Texas Metal Makers was born from a passion for working with metal and a belief that handmade goods carry something mass-produced items simply can't — character, intention, and lasting quality. What started as a workshop pursuit grew into a full fabrication operation, driven by customers who wanted pieces that were truly one of a kind.

From Damascus steel knives to custom steel home decor, every item that leaves our shop has been shaped, ground, and finished by hand. We don't cut corners, and we love making custom products.  We partner, we don't outsource . If it has our name on it, we made it.

The Craft

Damascus steel is one of the most demanding materials to work with — and one of the most rewarding. Creating it requires folding and forge-welding multiple layers of steel together, then carefully drawing out the distinctive patterns through heat, hammer, and patience. No two pieces are ever exactly alike. And you can see that beauty in the Damascus products we offer.

Our custom steel decor follows the same philosophy: designed to your specifications, fabricated with precision, and finished to stand up to real use. Whether it's a statement piece for your home or a functional tool for your kitchen, we build it to last.
